Seller shipped with a company called aqua line. I never heard of this company. Looked them up and internet says it is a scam. Then I went to sellers ratings and found other customers complained about the same thing. I am trying to chat with an eBay agent to put eBay on alert but automated system insists on switching me to a phone call which I canâ€™t do.

@mariabeatles Is your item late arriving? There are good and bad sellers that use that shipping method. Only the people that had bad sellers are going to post about it on the internet. An agent can not force a refund sooner than a not received refund request case allows.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
