approval to ship to foreign countries
I have a customer in Finland that want's to purchase an item. I keep asking how to do that. I get information that I have to meet a standard, that I meet, but no instructions on how to get approved to ship to Finland. What do I need to do?

Addendum. I changed my country to Finland, and I see that only 3 of your items will ship to Finland using the ebay International Shipping. I suspect Finland has restrictions to importing those other 3 items, so you would not be able to sell those items to your buyer.
