Apple Watch
I recently refunded money to an unhappy customer for an Apple Watch. The customer never sent the watch back to me. Was I scammed? If so what kind of policy is there to protect sellers?

·2 years agoThe correct procedure is to accept the return, issue a prepaid shipping label to the buyer, then ONLY when the item is returned to you, issue the refund.
If you refunded before receiving the watch back, there really is nothing eBay can do for you.
Best option is to contact your buyer and offer to send them a prepaid shipping label to return the watch. Hopefully, you are dealing with an honest buyer (most are).
If this fails, then civil (small claims) is your only real recourse.
