Apple iPod Pro earbuds.
I recently bought a pair of iPod Pro earbuds. They were supposed to be OEM. They were Apple Pro pods, pair second generation. I looked forward with great alacrity after opening the box, reading all the instructions, and placing them in my ear for an almost ethereal experience. I also thought this item I purchased was a very wise investment, but to my chagrin, this was not the case. I took the pods to an Apple store for help, but more bad news. Not only did they not function correctly, but. running some test, but I had to endure more bad news from one of the Apple store technicians. The Apple technical department showed me that the product was not an OEM Apple product, but a fake, using Apple’s logo! This was one of the main problems, lest I not forget the left ear pod has now come apart! Now I'm waiting for that return phone call from eBay to help me resolve this. More on that in the future.

Mentor2 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, counterfeit. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
