Apple Airpods 4
Hello,
I ordered Apple AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation. The item was listed as new, however it arrived in an opened box. I have not taken the headphones out of the box yet.
Since the product was advertised as new, I am concerned about its condition and would like to request compensation for this issue. I can provide photos as proof if needed.
Please advise on how we can resolve this matter.

OP6 months agoI live in Armenia and unfortunately I do not have the time to arrange a return shipment. Therefore, I would prefer a partial refund, as the item is not in factory-sealed condition as described.
I can provide photos as proof if needed.
Please let me know how we can resolve this matter.

You are not speaking to the seller here or an eBay employee... we are sellers and buyers that answer questions on the community boards

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
Since the seller is from another country, s/he will have to send enough funds to cover return shipping, because the seller cannot provide a shipping label good in your country, or refund in full without having you return the item. If the seller does neither, click on the link to Ask ebay to step in, when it shows up in the case.

Mentor6 months ago@sarg_9628 you can open a case agaist the seller as Item not as described.
go to your Purchase History, find the item, and select "Return this item". Choose a reason like "Doesn't match description" to initiate a return, forcing the seller to provide a shipping label. You must do this within 30 days of delivery.
