Appealing Late Ship Decision
Hello,
Anyway of showing Ebay a letter from Postoffice that they were at fault for not scanning my packages?
It was the week before Christmas they were slammed.
I printed all my labels on Sun and they were all picked up Mon. No customer complained but due to the fact not input info I got charged. I wouldn't care if I was at fault...Why should I be punished when I have a letter?
Where do we escalate and send a copy of this letter?
Thank you

-First, keep an eye on your Seller dashboard and see if your Seller level is being changed as a result of that issue? Seller Dashboard | eBay
eBay reviews accounts on the 20th of each month and IF a level changes it goes into effect on the 20th of the following month.
-Have you tried appealing a defect? This Help page explains how to appeal: Appeal a defect or late shipment | eBay
-Depending on your sales volume the defects or strikes will roll off your account in 90 days or 12 months. If memory serves, 400 or more sold items in a 90-day period would mean they would take a year to roll off your account ... you have not sold that much recently.
-How many packages are we talking about here? You have not quantified that yet.
-If you reach out to eBay it might be best to do that via Social Media:
