Appealing Ebay for "buyer's payment institution decided the payment dispute in the buyer's favor"

Question

Basically I want to appeal Ebay's decision to charge my credit card the funds for the the buyer dispute per subject title. What are the chances of getting my refund that EBay already charged? I'm flustered how easy someone gets to keep the sold item and receive their full money back! I've provided before packing shipping pictures and pictures of the item sold functioning.

It sounds like the buyer filed a charge back with their credit card.

You can attempt an appeal here, but I do not think you will win as it is the Bank, not eBay that made this decision.
