Appealing cancelled orders
Hi, I Bid and buy trading cards on here. Normally bidding from the same company. And I let them stack up for a few days and the lm settle up after a few days. So they can be shipped at once saving some money. What happened was I was done with my order and paid on full. Not realizing that 2 -.99c cards were left in my shopping cart. Didn’t realize till the next day. At that time I emailed the vendor and got no response. But I did get a cancellation notice. I didn’t want to cancel them I wanted them included in my order. Due to these cancellations they have my account on eBay lockdown where I can’t buy from some but can from others. Any assistance with getting this lockdown off or how long is it in effect? Would be greatly appreciated. Thanks homey the card buyer!

Mentor1 year agoIt would appear that the seller had eBay's automated system turned on to automatically open and close unpaid item cases when the items have not been paid after a specific time period. It takes two Unpaid Item Strikes to automatically be blocked by any seller that has this buyer requirement in place.
The strikes last one full year from when they are received and the block stays in place until you have less than two strikes. If you have never had any strikes in the past you can ask eBay customer service to remove one of these as courtesy which would keep you under the block requirement.
