appealing an unpaid cancellation
I have an excellent track record with ebay, and have purchased successfully has recently as last week. Now, ebay inform me I have to appeal and unpaid cancellation record? I've contacted ebay but only got an automated response feed. Has anyone else experienced this?

Since you are located in the U.K. you should repost this topic on the U.K. site's community using the link below. You have posted on the U.S. based site's community (ebay.com) and if you have been directed to it, that may be why you received an automated response. This site may not have a record of the transaction.

On the page that opens Click on the Help from the Community header, then select Member to Member support from the drop down.
