Appealing a refund request
How do I go about appealing a requested refund decision. I cannot get by the confused AI agents. Is there a human to talk to?

OP1 week agoI am the buyer, I was denied a partial refund on a purchase that the package had been broken open and the contents were not complete

Mentor1 week ago@gregg6789 eBay can not make a seller issue a partial refund. They can only make a seller issue a return shipping label and refund you 100%. Talking to an agent won't change this.
Have you filed a return request case?
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories. Trading cards, bullion, coins, paper money, and items that are sold as not working or for parts you only have 3 days from the date of delivery to file a refund request case.

You should open a Return Request. Reason> Doesn't Match photos and description

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help:

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
