Appealing a lost counterfeit
For context i never sold on ebay this is my first time so im getting used to all the things required to not have my items listed as counterfeit.
my first listing was some airpods i didn’t know i needed to take proof of when/where i got them to prove that they’re real. and as im trying to get it “waived†or removed i get a response saying that it should be cleared since you have the serial number then i get another message saying i cant. i call customer service so i can get it re-appealed in my time / know what’s going on. and that was almost 2-3 months ago how long does approval take and for some reason i cannot contact customer support.
im going to try again, but ultimately im going to hate to resolve the case if nothing works.
