Appealing a case
An item that I ordered was delivered to the wrong address. I know that it was delivered to the wrong address because I called the post office and gave them the tracking number that the seller provided; they said that the item with that tracking number was delivered to a different address in my neighborhood.
Today I was able to get documentation from the post office that the item was sent to the wrong address. I would like to share this documentation to get a refund, but Ebay says that the case is closed. I've tried going through Help options, but they lead me back to Ebay saying that the case is closed.
This is very frustrating, because what happened is very clear (the seller sent the item to the wrong address), but I have no way of sharing my evidence.
Any suggestions?

OP2 years agoThank you. Looks like I waited too long to appeal. I'll act more quickly next time. Thanks for the link.
