Appeal wrong outcome
I purchased two peppercorn grinders.i received one and it was missing a part.i appealed to ebay,they refused to help.i have been buying from eBay stores for several years. I have never had a problem. Companies that refuse to help customers, hurt they system for legitimate stores and customers. I guess my only alternative is to take my business to Amazon. BUYER BEWARE. Thanks for letting me vent.
