Appeal return/refund

Question

Thank you wooden_flower for your suggestion. Since I have already tried to select return this item once before and was denied, "return this item" is no longer an option on my item. They have closed this case and refused to accept my return even though it was "not as described" as you pointed out!! I guess I'm stuck with an item i don't need and out the money for it.

As @jacbarcollectibles described, call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute. Explain that it is for an item that is returnable per eBayâ€™s guidelines, but their system will not allow you to correct the reason for return.

eBay only allows the opening of one case per item. Once the case is rejected or closed it cannot be reopened. You should be able to go to your payment source and ask for a charge back.
