APPEAL PROCESS FOR EBAY ITEM!!
My refund request for a "fake" item that was sold to me has been rejected by EBAY because I exceeded the refund datelines through no fault of my own......James Spence Authentication took nearly two months to analyze and render an opinion as to my item's authenticity. In essence, the seller has stolen $1200 from me and EBAY is allowing them to do it. Please help!!

·2 years agoYa, after two months, there's nothing you can do through Ebay.
If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your credit card.

OP2 years agoThank you Ken for your response but in my case it took two months to get the item’s authenticity determined….I had no control in this process even though I called five times trying to get the analysis expedited..
