Mentor2 years agoThere is no appeal. You had 4 days to make payment. If this is your first unpaid transaction, it will not hurt you. Just do not get another one, because sellers can block buyers with 2 or more unpaid strikes from bidding/buying/making offers on their listings. That block will last for 12 months.
