Appeal placing bids
Hi, I’ve had a message come up to say I can’t place a bid as it says I’ve not paid for two items. The only items I’ve not paid for are those that were supposed to combine postage prior to my payment and didn’t do so it didn’t do so at a satisfactory amount. These sellers were sent messages to try and sort things out. I’ve managed to resolve all issues with sellers that would reply to my messages as we could then agree on a fair way forward. The problem here must be as the seller didn’t reply to my message(s) were I had an issue regarding payment. Can eBay look at any issues raised by a seller to help us sort things out.
can you help
thank you

·3 years agoIf you commit to buy something (for example by requesting a total for combined shipping) you don't get to reject the discount the seller offers as "unsatisfactory" unless you have a specific amount or formula s/he has previously agreed to (e.g. in the listings or a message to you) that you relied on when you committed to buy. You are required to pay or take the consequences (including being blocked by very many sellers for 2 unpaid cancellations in the past 12 months). There is nothing to "sort out."
