Appeal of a case for seller
I would like to appeal the case for a seller. By following EBay instruction I am just running around and getting frustrated. The EBay instruction: Go to the seller dashboard, then go to Closed without seller resolution, then go to "See cases", then go to "See details" and there file an appeal with all necessary details.
Everything goes fine until the "See details" but in this last page there is nowhere to file an Appeal. I already tried everything: open the screens, try a chat with automated assistant who is just giving me "Something went wrong...." whether I ask for how to appeal or for a contact to agent.
Any advice where is the on-line Appeal form for Sellers on EBay?
Thanks

You can only appeal cases without seller resolution, meaning eBay forced a refund from your account.
Have you tried the links and instructions on this page>

Yes. My case is "closed without seller resolution, and yes, EBay has forced return from buyer and refund to him. The case is quite clear in my mind: Abusing eBay protection programs for buyers. In short: The buyer won my auction and immediately let me know he bought the item somewhere else and asked me to cancel his winning bid. He did not pay by himself. Before I could do anything, Ebay forced the buyer's payment to me from his credit card and issued a shipping label for him. Meanwhile, I activated 2 second chance offers which did not work out. Then I shipped to the legitimate winning buyer. Of course, when the buyer received my package (iphone functional, sold as is, for parts or repair, No returns accepted), he immediately initiated return by EBay with a bogus claim (phone would not charge, not true "how would it function without a charge?). Despite of my 2 reports to Ebay about the buyer's behavior, and refusal of his return, Ebay "decided" Buyer can return, so he is getting out of it. I cannot believe that I could not find any meaningful recourse or protection for a seller who did nothing wrong and is a victim here.

Mentor1 year agoSince eBay was forced to refund the buyer when you would not do this you really cannot appeal the refund. Your account received a defect and you forfeited your Final Value Fees when eBay had to step in and refund the buyer.
When buyers open an "Item not as described" case you must accept the return and then refund once the item is returned on your dime. Only then can you appeal the refund that you made (notice I said the refund that you made).
By the way, your account must be set to require Auto Pay information from buyers on your auctions. Unless you cancel the purchase prior to the automatic payment deadline eBay will charge the buyers payment source and you must complete the sale. This setting is located in your buyer requirements and you can turn it off if you want.
