Appeal not dealt with. Need Help.
Dear sir you still owe me $598.
I purchased 35 items from a seller, named niche- and-rare. Order number: 06-09854-73463 The order was for 30 of these switches, 3 Pole 63A Weatherproof Isolator for $AU $538.50 and 5 of of these switches 2 Pole 32 Amp Isolating Surface Switch - Industrial Weatherproof AU $144.75 I did not receive any of the items. I made a compliant and got a $20 refund. I need a full refund. The total order value was$753.25 The items were never shipped. The seller never provided me with a tracking number. After I made the complaint/opened a case. The seller refunded me for 1 item and the case was closed and the order is canceled. I am now trying to have this resolved and it seems I am unable to. Is this the way sellers trick people on ebay. I also wrote the seller on the 30th March 2023 the 12th April 2023 and the 17th April 2023. The seller never responded. I opened the case on the 14th of April. Please let me know if you require further information. I made a further complaint.
To my surprise I was then paid a further partial refund and that case was closed.
I am still owed $598. I Appealed and I am not hearing anything.
I need help.
