Appeal my refund

I respectfully appeal eBay’s decision denying my refund.
The seller accepted my return because the items I received did not have the expected tags. I fully complied with the seller’s return instructions.
Importantly, the seller specifically instructed me to send the returned items separately, with four business days between the shipments. My family followed those instructions exactly. Therefore, any apparent delay was not caused by my failure to return the merchandise; it resulted from following the seller’s specific shipping instructions.
The returned merchandise has been shipped back to the seller with tracking. The most recent shipment, DHL tracking number 5986482084, was accepted by DHL in Miami on August 17, 2026 and is in transit to Dortmund, Germany.
The seller opened the cases while the authorized returns were being completed according to the seller’s own instructions. It would be unfair to deny my refunds for following the return procedure that the seller required.
I respectfully ask eBay to review the seller’s messages/instructions, the return history, and the DHL tracking information and reverse the decisions.
