Appeal eBay Policy
There are dozens of listings for cologne on eBay and many of those are used. When I tried to list a used bottle of cologne, it was taken offline by eBay Policy Police and my appeal to list it was denied. Simply stated, I was not following the "Cosmetic and Fragrance" policy on selling used items.
Interesting enough, but my appeal included copies of several current listings for used fragrance. To date, none of those have been taken down.
Has anyone tried to appeal a reject appeal, and if so, how did you go about it.
Frustrated, and looking for advice,

eBay does not allow used cosmetics including fragrances to be sold. The system does not catch 100% of the listings and some do get through. They will eventually get removed and trying to claim that just because someone else did not follow eBay's rules that it is OK for you to not follow them either will not work.
Do not try to relist the item or any other similar item. Getting multiple policy violations after you have had an item removed can result in restrictions and eventually loosing the ability to sell.

If you find listings that are in violation, you can report them by clicking on the question mark on the listing page.
Cosmetics and perfumes that aren't allowed include, but aren't limited to:
