appeal dispute
I want to appeal the eBay decision, there are no options for this on my account, although when I open this dispute, it says that I have the right to do so. I contacted eBay but they are ignoring my messages. How can I file an appeal, please help me. I was deceived by the eBay, and I have collected all the evidence.
