·1 year agoWe need details to provide a correct answer. What type of case? Why was it denied? The more information you can provide, the better the responses you’ll get.

OP1 year agoThanks, GloryBells! , I ordered a hard drive that won't boot. the vendor has a no return policy. But the product should boot at a minimum. It did not. After trying to return it, and refused, I contacted Ebay many times but my case got denied. The vendor sold me a broken hard drive, I believe Ebay should back me on this even though the vendor had a no return policy. BTW, I appealed the case it got denied. I have tried again but Ebay said I was unable to appleal again. Any suggestions? Thank you, Bob

This will override any thing the seller may.

Mentor1 year agoUnless you opened an "Item not as described" case the seller can deny a return and eBay cannot overrule the seller. You should now go back to your funding source and ask for a charge back. There are time limits to do this so do not wait. If you can open the charge back it will cost the seller a $20 eBay fee on top of any refund they may be required to give you since charge backs are usually ruled in the buyers favor since your funding source makes the final decision and not eBay.
