Appeal denial is not consistent or fair
I hope someone can help me with this.
I recently tried to list this item:
ResM AirTouch NEW UNOPENED 63001 F20 Frame System MEDIUM Mask, Frame, Headgear
eBay sent me a message saying that I couldn't sell this because any medical device that requires a prescription can't be sold on eBay. I appealed based on being unfair with regards to other listings on the site, and they said the same thing - not allowed.
There are literally HINDREDS of listings on eBay for the exact same thing. Can anyone tell me why ALL of those aren't banned and why I was singled out for selling the same item that thousands of people have purchased on eBay in the past and present?
Thanks for any help. If it's a rule, then ban everyone. This seems so unfair and very poorly regulated.
