How can I send a video to show a broken item which will prove with better detail the condition instead of a picture where you can’t see the item movement?

The video will not be considered proof as far as eBay is concerned. If you received an item that was not as described you will have to return it through eBay for a refund.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
