Appeal against withholding money. The buyer open dispute for not receiving the item.
The buyer opened dispute for the item he bought and paid from PayPal 6 month ago, February,2 2023. His address was listed as PO Box in South Africa. USPS except the item and delivered to post office agent in South Africa February,6. After 5 and half months, the buyer decided to claim the money back, saying that never received the item. EBay hold and released selling amount to buyers paying institutions. What should I do to use EBay seller protection?
