Appeal a return that has been closed by the seller
The seller sold me a TiVo mini that is no longer registerable with TiVo. I have email from TiVo. The same day that I requested a refund, the seller refused the request. I have not been able to escalate this return request to Ebay for their help because the return request is closed. Looking for suggestions.
