appeal a return as buyer

My return was closed, no reason given, I spent 15 minutes with the BOT telling me what to type to speak with a representative. It didn't work. How do I talk with a human?

@banerdt123 < My return was closed, no reason given > If you will describe in detail what happened, maybe one of us can give you that reason, what you can do about it now, how you can prevent it happening again. About speaking to a human, I don't know what the bot told you, but I think it's probably the same thing I would: get in the Chat, then keep typing agent and representative.
