appeal a restriction from selling on eBay
How can I appeal a restriction from selling on ebay. I was restricted several years ago and cannot find the message that informed me I was restricted. What is the best way to appeal?

Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

Please understand if it was a permanent restriction - suspension it will be extremely difficult to get it reversed.

OP9 months agoThank you. I cannot locate the message but the note say indefinitely suspended. It does not say permanently. Is that the same, in your opinion? Thanks again.
