Appeal a refund case
I bought a pair of sneakers and what I received was a pair that didn’t look as it was shown on the post. I requested a return and refund sending evidence, but the case closed in the seller’s favor, and I can’t appeal my case.
What can I do?

Mentor7 months agoWhat case did you open? Did you open an "Item not as described" case or something else? The "Item not as described" case cannot be refused by the seller. Any other case can be refused by the seller so knowing which case you opened is essential.

OP7 months agoI did choose “item was not as described†and I attached evidence. They told me within 30 day I would receive the shipping guide but I didn’t received it, instead I got the notification that my case was closed

Did you file a claim that you did not receive your item??? If so that as the wrong claim to file and because the package was delivered and tracking confirms that you will lose that type of case every time.
When an item does not match the pictures or description below is what you can do without involving the Seller to get the return started and processed.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
