Appeal a decision
I’m so **bleep** off because the buyer returned something and lied about it and I don’t know what to do. They decided with the buyer as usual

You only have 2 sales in the last 90 days ... was it the sale in March or the one on April 13th?
You have the No returns accepted return policy which is the default setting on two of the listing tools used on PCs ... did you just go with that or do you know there are other options for returns? No returns only apply to a few reasons and many Buyers know the work around reasons eBay provides to bypass the No returns accepted setting.
You should use the Report Buyer link on the transaction to alert eBay of an issue with the customer.
depending on the reason for the return and if you fought it then eBay will side with the Buyer. In some cases eBay's Seller protections may help: Seller protections | eBay

OP1 year agoYes I always say no returns. So you’re saying that it doesn’t matter if I say no returns. They still make you take It back anyway. I did report her but they sided to her unfairly I believe

As previously stated, Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee for buyers. As long as the reason for the return fits Ebay's criteria for the Money Back Guarantee, Ebay will side with the buyer.
Buyers are not obligated to fix item they receive.

What reason did the buyer choose when they filed the return request on Ebay? If they had a valid reason per Ebay's Money Back Guarantee, Ebay will always find in favor of the buyer.
Ebay has no way of verifying the validity of the buyer's reason for return.

OP1 year agoShe said it was to hard to fix. I posted photos on eBay so she saw. It was on the seam. I knew she was difficult from the beginning and didn’t want to sell but didn’t know how to choose another bidder
