Mentor5 months ago@statmandg. I see that you use eBay Standard Envelope shipping.
The tracking can only be read by the sorting equipment. This means that it will show as delivered a 3 or more days before the actual delivery.
A postal carrier can't scan this type of tracking.
If you respond to the not received refund request case with tracking that shows delivery to the buyer then you win the case.
