appeal
Hi gang,
I was in constant contact with a vendor in Australia; shipping to the US is prohibitive, so I was going to use my daughter's address in Canberra. We went back and forth, the seller and I, and apparently, after a four day period, he filed a non-payment claim.
This was an honest mistake; how do I rectify it?
Thanks,
Dan

Mentor1 year ago@dapper8247741 If the seller was willing to wait longer they needed to turn off the auto unpaid cancelation or add you to their Buyer Exempt List.
ONE unpaid strike in 12 months won't hurt you. 2 or more in 12 months limits you to Buy It Now and no auctions from most sellers for one year.
You can try asking eBay if they will remove the strike or not.
Here's how to contact eBay customer service:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
