Once case is closed, how do I appeal? It was closed before resolved. My payout is stuck in eBay limbo and customer still has the item they requested to return. I am without pay without my item. And no one at eBay will help me. They keep saying I've been paid but I never could get paid because eBay closed case before transaction completed.
Now on my side there are so many discrepancies such as amount customer paid, it shows item was shipped on different dates. One shows customer never got item at all. That it's still in shipping. One page shows available funds, then case closed when I try to get funds.
It's ridiculous.
