Appeal
eBay stops me from certain bids claiming I have 2 unpaid items which is absolutely ridiculous. 2 different bids I made I had no clue how to withdraw other than contacting seller in both cases due to wrong size and a description that I had not read carefully enough to continue my offer. I can’t post my items to sell either and I have excellent feedback from buyers. Should I wait until eBay fixes this or move on to another auction site?!!? Opinions please?

Mentor2 years agoWrong size and not reading the description are not valid reasons to retract. Nor did you retract. Non-payers disrupt the marketplace for other buyers and cost the seller time and money he cannot recoup. That's why there are consequences for not paying for items you commit to buy when you place bids. Your unpaid item strikes will each roll off after 12 months. Until then, you may be able to make Buy It Now purchases if the seller has set up immediate payment required or doesn't block non-payers. It's sort of a hit or miss process.
I have never heard that unpaid item strikes restricts a seller's ability to list. Maybe there is another problem there. Have you checked your Dashboard metrics?
I just looked and you have items for sale now. What happens when you try to list another item? What is the wording of the error message you receive?
