App won’t log in
I can’t log into eBay app it says oops there was an error I’ve deleted app switched phone off and on re installed cleared chache etc nothing works I’ve tried new password works on laptop but not app any ideas ?

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.

i can use browser for eBay but id rather use app

Mentor5 months agoUninstalling, restarting and then reinstalling did not help?
If not, there is not much choice but to use a browser if you want to use eBay until eBay provides a new version of the app unless you want to experiment with installing old versions.
