App shutting down
The app keeps shutting down when I try to pay. I have restarted my phone, deleted app and reloaded. It still shuts down.

The app keeps shutting down when I try to pay. I have restarted my phone, deleted app and reloaded. It still shuts down.

Mentor11 months agoAre you able to purchase using a browser instead of the app?
If the app continues to give you problems, try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, and then installing the latest version of the eBay app once more. The restart in between should ensure a clean install, which may help if the problem is with a previous installation not allowing updates to install correctly.
