App issues
I have a problem with the current application, I'm trying to view live shows, it tells me I have to have the newest update and to go to the Google Play store, I go to the Google Play store and the app says it's up to date. This is a sudden problem as I was in the live shows last week.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
Make sure you have the latest version of Google Play Services and Google Play Store; if not, you may not be seeing the latest app version.

If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling the eBay app does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.com instead.
