There are several options here:

1) Use the manual spreadsheet upload feature of Seller Hub > Reports > Uploads to bulk list items and supply photo URLs from your website.

Or enroll in the eBay Developer Program to access eBay APIs:

https://developer.ebay.com/

2) to use the Feed API to programmatically upload that same spreadsheet from your server;

3) or use the traditional Trading API to upload listings and manage sales from your server;

4) or use the RESTful suite of APIs to manage your eBay presence. This includes the Inventory API to upload and manage inventory, create an offer that is the precursor to a listing, and then publish that offer on eBay.
