Apeeal for non payment
I was in contact with the seller most of the time about a death in the family that happened unexpectedly. I was emotionally, physically, and financially exhausted. The seller was supportive and was understanding of my resent loss. The other happened when the seller had posted I had til a certain date to combine shipping but before that date arrived, I was hit with bud restrictions for non payment even though that combined shipping date was two days away. I need this appealed ASAP. I just dropped almost $300 two days ago and won an auction for $285 tonight. eBay needs live agents to work on these requests more efficiently. I need my bidding restored before 18 hrs in order to attempt another purchase. Please respond immediately and we can come to a conclusion hastily. Thank you!!
