Apeals never get replied
I recently sold a high end item paid $400
Asking for $200 sold it for 150 something brand new tags were not attached but included in the bag worn 2 times for few hours buyer returned after few days claiming the item has stains first thing first I sell on Amazon and you name it I know how to sell high end items it was brand frekin new item no stains she send the item washed o can smell the detergent long story short eBay favored her and took the return now I have to pay $36 for the item I never sold I tried to appeal so many times never heard back from anyone someone need to help me I need a valid email or phone where I can get them waived the shipping fee I never received the price break down so I don’t know why they want to charge me $36 for the item I never sold also eBay took the previous balance I had for $20 sitting in the account and so far no response for any of it it’s so unfair and I never want to use this plate form again!! Please help !!!
