Anyone know how to contact a person at eBay about fake items?

I purchased several NeeDoh's on eBay and they are all fake. I didn't realize it, but I bought from eBay Hong Kong. I'm trying to report it but need to talk to an actual person.

If you receive an item that does not match the description, file a "not as described" return within thirty days and return the item at the seller's expense. The process is automated; if the seller does not cooperate at any point, ask eBay to step in after three business days.
