Anyone having trouble shipping to HK recently via the eBay international shipping program
I have made several purchases recently when it said it will ship to Hong Kong (the sellers all later confirmed that they have no restriction on that country in their shipping settings), but cannot check-out since it says the seller does not ship to Hong Kong in check-out screen. I am guessing there must be some update on the eBay international shipping policy relating to Hong Kong but can't find anything online. Anyone encountered similar issue and any suggestions? Thanks.
