Anyone having a problem accepting a counter offer on a make an offer bid?

Trying to buy a Blu-ray that I made an offer on. The seller made a counter offer which I tried to accept but the screen will not load to the acceptance page it just loads and loads.

Try a different browser/device.

There might be an issue with eBay starting a test on requiring pre-payment or pre-authorization of payment to accept an offer from the seller (to go along with requiring pre-authorization of payment to make an offer, which became official this Fall after 2 years of testing).
