Anyone have issues with shipping by Fedex?
A recent one (of a few) weighed less than 23.5 pounds on our scale. The package was taken to the nearest Fedex location and I asked them to weigh it and it was 24.1 pounds. I told the agent I need to pay you the extra. They said over by 0.1 won't be a problem but it was. A message from Ebay said the billable weight was 25 pounds and the weight on the label was 384 ounces (24 pounds). This has happened before with Fedex. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Mentor9 months ago@naeem Always round up to the next full pound and full inch when purchasing shipping labels. Also keep in mind that shipping prices are based on package dimensions, not just weight.
Personally if I have an item that is too large or heavy to ship via USPS then I use UPS and buy the label from PIrateship.com. Pirateship helps with insurance claims and surcharge disputes. UPS does have a list of valid surcharges on their website too. UPS does not add surcharges as often as Fed Ex does.
I see many complaints from sellers that have surprise surcharges from Fed Ex.
