Anyone have a number for live help?
Purchased a shipping label from eBay. The system never me a chance to put in the info (weight, size) of the packed item. It immediately charged me and gave me a label that was ridiculously low in price. I tried to navigate the site to try and figure out how to rectify this. Never had any success. Took item to FedEx and shipped it paying cash. Contacted the buyer and explained the situation. He was cool with it. I gave him the tracking number. It arrived yesterday and he left me feedback already. Anyone know where to go to get a refund on the bad label that ebay sold me. Oh, and I also tried to edit the tracking number several times and apparently eBay was having "system problems."

OP3 years agoThank you!! Very helpful!!!
It was a USPS label and apparently sometime around star date 2354.12 they will issue a refund.

Mentor3 years agoWas the original label also a Fed Ex label? If so, there is no reason to void the label, as Fed Ex doesn't charge for the label until it is used. If it was a USPS label, you only have 5 days in which to Void the label. Go here:
Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.
For the label that you went to Fed Ex and paid for, go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment and enter the tracking number
