Anyone had problems shipping paper items through USPS Large envelope?
When a paper item could ship through the USPS Large Envelope, making it appealing to a buyer rather than paying for a package, which is expensive, how many have had fraudulent (suspected) buyer who claim their item never arrived? I just used it twice and one claims the item did not arrive.

A USPS First Class large envelope is not a shipping label option that eBay offers. Though you can purchase postage for it at the post office, you won't receive tracking which is required for seller protection (and to prevent defects being applied to your seller metrics).
