Anyone had experience with "wangtianyu5649"?
Probably a scam operation. I ordered a large item and only received a small Thank you card that had the tracking number on the envelope. Then he showed that I received the item, which I did not. Only received the small envelope.

Yep, that would be a scam:
-Go to that item in your Purchase History and file an Item not as described return, take a picture of what you received to upload to the return claim. eBay will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and the Seller will be charged for that. You may have to use a small box for the return and not an envelope because of tracking (just to be safe). When delivery shows the Seller has the package back they have 48 hours to refund you, if they don't go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in to force the refund.
-next, on the item use the Report Item link to alert eBay of the issue.

Really sorry this happened to you BUT you can get your money back AND report the Seller via the Report Item link. If enough Buyers do that eBay will take action.
