Anyone else unable to ask seller a question without making an offer?
All of a sudden this week it is impossible, at least on a mobile device to ask seller a question about an item without making an offer. Tried to report to eBay but apparently they’re not taking questions either.

You should be able to ask the seller a question using the "contact" link in the listing. What happens when you try?
