Anyone else think Ebay sucks lately?
There is literally no way to contact a human. They, instead, pawn us off to fend for ourselves amongst our "mentors". I've been selling on this platform for over a decade, and sadly, it's just gotten worse year over year. Perhaps this is a metric ebay leadership are bonused on? I truly wish there was another alternative platform...if there was, ebay would lose their entire seller base over night.

Mentor2 years agoYou may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
If nothing else works, try this link:

OP2 years agoThanks for the help and link. I accidently figured this out after tinkering around. You've been on this platform as long as I have. I miss the good old days, when ebay excelled at customer service. Over the years, it seems they've become hostile to their sellers and indifferent to their buyers.

Mentor2 years agoYou are welcome.
Things that worked well when eBay had 10 million users do not necessarily scale up when there are over ten times as many, now.
